Based on the coast of Brittany, Algolesko are a producer of cultured algae with a mission to bring sustainability and innovation to seaweed farming.

Organic Fresh Salted DulseSeaweed is often referred to as 'sea bacon' for its strong smoky taste and is preserved in salt which gives it a shelf life of 24 months. It has a wonderful dark red/purple colour and is widely used in European cuisine.
