Belon Flat Oysters N.4 take their name from the river they spend the last stage of the cultivation process in.

Belon Flat Oysters N.4 have a smooth and slightly sweet aftertaste, with their famous flavour of hazelnut.

Serve with a slice of lemon or a mignonette sauce.
