Directions For Use
Exclusively for food grade. Its main advantage is the contribution of proteins, flavor, fats, vitamins, etc., without water. In this sense, they are particularly useful when working with water that causes us problems. Perfect for making solid milk powder ice cream, or to avoid excess fat in a biscuit or parmesan cake. They also allow us to make cheese or yogurt jellies, walnuts and truffles in batter, decorate dishes and generally mark the most intense flavors.
