Sosa Pineapple Crispy are freeze dried pineapple pieces with an intense exotic fruit flavour and interesting crips and crunchy texture. Sosa Pineapple Crispy is made from glucose syrup, Sugar, pineapple, and the thickening agent, sodium alginate. To make this product, Pineapple pieces are dehydrated and made into powder which is combined to create a crispy piece texture. Sosa Pineapple Crispy is 2-10mm in size.
The crispies are perfect for adding a little more taste and texture to desserts, pastries, ice creams and chocolate bonbons.
Chef’s tip: To protect the crispy texture from moisture, it is best to coat them in a fat layer including cooled melted chocolate, butter or cocoa butter.
This product comes in a sealed tub to ensure freshness in every use.
