Directions For Use
Mix in cold and heat until boiling. Tª optimal work: 90-130ºC and acid pH for 3-5 minutes. Any kind of liquid or semi-liquid elaboration. Exclusively for food grade. Thickening agent resists high temperatures and is stable to put in the oven, allows freezing. Cooked creams as e.g. pastry custards, hot creams, Bechamel.
Storage Conditions
Storage in a dry place (humidity less than 60%). Temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Protect from light and odours.
