Boiron’s Frozen 100% Mirabelle Plum Puree is crafted from ripe, hand-selected Mirabelle plums, delivering a naturally sweet and aromatic flavour. This puree is made without added sugar, ensuring a pure fruit taste and vibrant colour.
Ideal for pastry creations, desserts, sauces, and beverages. Perfect for sorbets, mousses, and fruit coulis, or to add a delicate fruity note to savoury dishes.
To maintain the quality of the product, we recommend defrosting the product in its original closed packaging, at 35/+39°F or in a bain-marie. Once defrosted, mix well before use.
