Ponthier Frozen Williamette Mecker Raspberry Puree 10% Sweetened
Combining 2 varieties of raspberry for perfect balance, Frozen Raspberry Puree combines the Willamette which has a pronounced, tangy fragrance with high Brix rate, with the Mecker which brings a full-body flavour.
The Frozen Raspberry Puree uses raspberries from Serbia cultivated at an altitude of 300-1000M above sea level. To remove any bitterness, the achenes are removed from the purée during processing, only the flesh of the fruit remains. The puree is also sweetened with 10% sugar.
Pairs well with coconut, yuzu and passion fruit.
