Description
We search the market and purchase fresh ginger roots that normally come from Peru. Our Ginger Juice is blended with a bit of apple & lemon juice to bring the pH down but it’s still very fiery. It can be consumed alone like a shot or combined with one of our other juices to create a mixer. The juice undertakes a process called HPP: High Pressure Processing, a non-thermal pasteurization which removes dangerous bacteria and allows the juice to last longer, from 21 to 50 days.
