Yamas Halloumi Block is a hard pressed cheese made from pasteurised cows milk. It's a hand folded cheese. It is known for it salty, tangy taste and high melting point which gives it is signature ‘squeaky’ texture when grilled or fried.

Yamas Halloumi Block is an authentic Mediterranean cheese that pairs perfectly with vegetables and salads.

The application of mint is added after the Halloumi block is made. The volume of mint is 0.01%.
