Comté block PDO 18 Months (Unpasteurised) is exclusively made with raw cow's milk. As an aged cheese, this Comté has a more complex flavour, floral with hints of hazelnuts.
Comté is the ultimate gourmet cheese, pairing with a multitude of ingredients such as nuts, honey, pure vanilla or a classic fig chutney. Comté can be used as a starter, on a cheeseboard or baked in a gratin.
