Reblochon Fleur Des Alpes is a soft, washed-rind cow's milk from Savoie, France. This Fleur Des Alpes is made with pasteurised milk as a replacement for traditional Reblochon due to the Import Ban on Raw Cow's Milk from France since May 2025.
Its supple, creamy paste and thin orange rind offer a mild, nutty aroma with subtle earthy notes. Ideal for festive cheese boards or winter warmers like Tartiflette, where it melts beautifully over potatoes and lardons.
Perfect for Christmas menus, Reblochon Fleur Des Alpes adds depth to gratins, canapes, and indulgent sharing dishes.
