La Tua Pasta Black Truffle & Ricotta Filled Gnocchi are soft potato gnocchi filled with a luxurious blend of ricotta, mascarpone, and black truffle cream. These indulgent bites offer bold umami flavour and velvety texture, ideal for refined starters, canapés, or plated mains.
Finish with truffle oil and Parmigiano Reggiano or serve as a canapé with wild mushroom purée.
La Tua Pasta Black Truffle & Ricotta Filled Gnocchi are frozen for freshness. Simply cook for 5-6 minutes from frozen in salted boiling water or deep-fry for 2-3 minutes, no defrosting required. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
