Made with 100% durum wheat semolina and water, this egg-free pasta delivers a firm texture and clean, authentic flavour. Ideal for pairing with seafood, tomato-based sauces, or vibrant vegetable ragùs, Scialatielli brings rustic character and versatility to professional kitchens.
Cooking Instructions: Cook for 4–5 minutes in boiling salted water.
