Made with 100% durum wheat semolina and water, this egg-free pasta offers a firm texture and clean, authentic taste. Traditionally paired with pesto, Trofie also works beautifully with vegetable sauces, seafood, or light cream-based preparations.
Cooking Instructions: Cook for 4–5 minutes in boiling salted water.
