Twisted, springy, and full of personality – La Tua Pasta’s Fresh Fusilli is a classic spiral-shaped pasta, handmade in London using traditional Italian techniques. Its corkscrew form is perfect for capturing sauces, making it a versatile choice for a wide range of dishes.

Made with premium Italian flour and free-range eggs, Fusilli offers a firm bite and excellent texture. Ideal for pairing with pesto, tomato-based sauces, creamy blends, or seasonal vegetables, it’s a reliable staple for both casual and refined menus.

Cooking Instructions: Cook for 4–5 minutes in boiling salted water.

Our range of fresh pasta from La Tua Pasta is available for pre-order with a 2-3 day delivery, 3 pm order cut-off daily.
