Directions to make 1 litre of lobster sauce: Mix 160g Essential Cuisine Lobster Sauce with 880ml lukewarm water. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously, and then simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add 120ml double cream to finish, bring back to the boil and serve.

A viscous paste made with a blend of lobster, fish, mussel and shrimp stocks as well as tomato, herbs & spices to make a rich lobster sauce when reconstituted and finished with cream.
Directions For Use
Directions to make 1 litre of lobster sauce; mix 160g of lobster sauce base with 880ml of luke warm water in a suitable saucepan. Bring to the boil stirring continuously and then simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add 60ml of double cream to finish, bring back to the boil and serve.
