Directions For Use
75 gr of powdered glucose substitutes 100 gr of liquid glucose. Exclusively for food grade. Dried glucose syrup. A mixture of nutritive saccharides obtained by partial enzymatic hydrolysis, purification and fragmentation, of maize food starch. Dehydrated glucose syrup. It prevents the crystallisation of sugar in candies and gummy sweets. It provides elasticity and keeps products such as pastries, icing and truffles soft.
Storage Conditions
Storage in a dry place (humidity less than 60%). Temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Protect from light and odours.
