Directions For Use
Apply mixed with other solids or liquids with strong agitation. Fiber capable of absorbing liquids creating mucilages, a viscous and transparent gel. Exclusively for food grade. Make the masses easier to work and stick less in the hands. It is also used as an egg substitute. It is used to provide sponge in gluten-free dough such as bread and pastry dough.
