Petit Pont l'Eveque is a 'Protected Designation of Origin' (PDO) soft cow's milk cheese made in Normandy. Petit Pont l'Eveque has subtle lactic, vegetal and slightly smokey/nutty aromas.
Serve with a simple slice of country bread, a few dried figs, or melted in the oven or in a gratin.
