Peruvian Dark Chocolate 75% is a dark chocolate with 4% added cocoa butter. Origin: Peru and more precisely the region of San Martin.

Flavour of Peruvian Dark Chocolate 75%: notes of cinnamon, star anise, caramel and tonka bean with a wide aromatic amber palette echoing old cognacs or whiskeys.

Recommended uses: chocolate bars, moulding & decoration.
