STABILIZING POWDER FOR SORBETS
Directions For Use
Mix in cold in any liquid (pulps, broths, creams, flavoured waters) with strong agitation. Once mixed with the liquid it is advisable to mature the mixture for 8 hours in cold (+/-4ºC) so that the components of the product are perfectly hydrated before freezing. Any liquid or semi-liquid preparation. Exclusively for food grade. Mixture of stabilizers, thickeners, fibers and sugars to stabilize sorbet naturally in cold. Ice cream and sorbets.
Storage Conditions
Storage in a dry place (humidity less than 60%). Temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Protect from light and odours.
