Mix this product with water, then make them to the boil and filling the moulds. When temperature is 60℃,it can be used to decorate fruit. Exclusively for food grade. Any kind of liquid with water content higher than 80%. Doesn’t allow freezing, thermo reversible. false spherification / false pâte fruits, veils, cold spaghettis, gelatine until 60°C and nappage.

Storage in a dry place (humidity less than 60%). Temperature between 15°C and 25°C. Protect from light and odours.
