Country Pate is a traditional French-style pate made from outdoor-reared British pork and pork liver, seasoned with a blend of salt, garlic, mace, white pepper, thyme, and sea buckthorn.
It’s cooked to maintain a coarse yet spreadable texture and is gluten-free. Praised by Great Taste 2025 judges for its “rustic appearance” and the quality of its ingredients.
