Iberico Baby Back Ribs is made from 100% Iberico pork. It is a smaller sized cut from the meaty upper ribcage making it a more manageable product when serving to customers.

Iberico Baby Back Ribs had a wonderful juicy, lean and tender texture and great meaty flavour.

Perfect for grilling and slow cooking.
